Refunds

If the game isn't for you, you can have your money back.

Within 14 days, no questions asked

Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get it, whatever the reason. Once refunded, your unlock code stops working.

After 14 days

If the game is faulty or doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says. For anything else we'll look at each case fairly.

How to ask

• Email hello@magnificentbarstars.com with the email address you bought with, or
• Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and look up your order.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders, so refunds go back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show up, depending on your bank.

Gifts

If you bought the game as a gift, the refund goes to whoever paid.
